15 People heart this

If you’re in Melbourne, you’re really getting over winter. I’m just about ready to burn my collection of black pants (jeans / jeggings) – pretty much any style of black pants. They’re so blah.

So I ventured into DFO with an urge to get some dressy pieces to get me through winter and I found some little gems.

It helped that Decjuba had a $50 and under sale while I was there. Picked up so many good staples.

Great option when you want to lose the pants. Couple with tights (or bare legs if you can bear it). Ankle boots are a must.

I’m a sucker for stripes so this one (which is long and can be worn knotted to the side) is a goody for Fridays when I have both kids in tow and running around with them. Also Decjuba and only $29.95. Bonus is I’ve got another frock for summer!

And lucky me, Converse (Authentic Factory Outlet) had a deal on Cons. And I’ve always wanted the leather white high tops. So buy two pairs and receive the second pair half price. These babies came down to $75. Winning.

I married with ribbed grey cardi from Seed.

I also stumbled across Madison Avenue – there’s only two of these stores (one in DFO SouthWharf) , and they have fan-tabulous knits, jump suits, going out tops (do I sound like a mum when I say that?)

This top was under $50! I wore to an event the other night and everyone comments about how classic the design and bell sleeve detail is. Perfect for that night out when you’re struggling to see anything cool in your ‘drobe.

And my fave piece of the day my $49.95 jump suit in olive green from Decjuba. This is so comfortable, flattering and has pockets for that casual chic look. Marry with high heels and you’re ready for dancin’. And the neckline is so classy San Diego. It comes in navy too. Yes, I purchased that as well! $100 for two jump suits. Um, you can’t get better bargains than that!
